Chapter 1
Have
you ever thought about what some words mean? Like the phrase "thank you." Thank-
give praise to. It does not seem to fit. Notice that it is not "I thank you,"
or, "I give praise to you." It is only, "Thank you," or "Give praise to you."
Some phrases like it, such as "I love you," are not said without the "I". Maybe
because "I love you" is harder to say to another person, or perhaps because
"I love you" means more to everyone involved.
I was a very good
example. Love. The person who thought of it is a genius, and yet at times I
want to go back it time and kill that person
I am sure you want
his name. My love's name, I mean. You nosy humans. Back on Jinuiaa, he was everything.
I thought I would never see D4Qnrian again. He was my husband. My children,
oh how I missed them. My eldest son and child was named D4Qnarth. My next eldest
were twin females: C2Prly and K2Prara. My next oldest was another daughter named
M2Prie. My youngest son was named B4Qnjamin, and my youngest infant daughter,
J2Pr.
Our life on Jinuiaa
was much different than on Earth. One year aged physically for us is ten years
for Earth people. We have an average life span of about 850 Earth Years (EY).
I married at a very young age: 48 EY and my darling D4Qnrian was 49 EY. Just
before the following events occurred, D4Qnarth was 16 EY, C2Prly and K2Prara
were 13 EY, M2Prie was 6 EY, B4Qnjamin was 1 EY, and J2Pr was 10 Earth months.
I missed all seven
of them very much in the time I was gone. Truthfully, I am not completely sure
that I know how I got on Earth. All I remember is this: I was at a truncis elyato,
a place that is sort of like a train station but with trunces (plural of truncis),
and I got on the truncis that was going to take me to my new job. When we got
out of the elyato (station) the ground seemed to push us away. This was quite
usual, but instead of leveling out at 2000 xacs in the air, we kept going up.
Soon we were hooked up to some sort of iltocepa quintioy (space traveler), and
we were forced out by the Kiquipans. Kiquipans are so mean and ugly. They stand
at least 8 feet tall and are at least 2 feet wide. They are orange or yellow.
Five of their twelve fingers (on each hand) are half webbed. They have ball-like
feet that don't stick out. It is amazing how sturdy they are. They have nine
eyes, four noses, and one big mouth. They scare me so.
Anyway, the Kiquipans
dragged all of us to this large quarter. At least it was large until all 74
of us were stuffed in it. There was only enough room to sleep balled up on the
floor. I guess I was knocked out in one of the fights for more room. When I
woke up I was here in Augusta, Georgia - Earth.
